1. Returns
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
Gift Cards;
Downloadable Software Products;
Sale items(Some sale items cannot be refunded. Please contact us to check whether the sale items can be refunded or not);
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All returns under our store policies require prior authorization from CAMOLO.
Aside from reported damages or defects, all returned items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, damage, dinging, or scraping and include all original packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, etc. (if applicable).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Except non-quality, non-damaged and other subjective reasons, there will be no charge for any refund. Otherwise, we would request to charge the return shipping cost
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
2.Exchanges
We strive to ship your order as soon as possible after it has been placed. Provided that your order has not been processed, we will be happy to attempt to change or cancel your order for you. Unfortunately, if your order has processed, we will not be able to change, cancel or stop the shipment.
Upon receipt, however, you may return the item (subject to the return policy terms). Thank you for your consideration.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@camolomall.com
3. Shipping and Return Address
①Products with quality-related issues
camolomall.com will be responsible for shipping fees (within 12USD), and get RMA APPLICATION FORM from our Service Staff when you want to return the products of you order. Then fill the form and print it.
②Products with no quality-related issues
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We recommend that you insure your package when shipping back to us when purchasing your own shipping labels. Sometimes things get damaged en route, and if that happens, we want you to be covered.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@camolomall.com.
CAMOLO will endeavor to process refunds within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds may not appear on your credit card statement until the following billing cycle.
Exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability. You will be issued a refund for items that are no longer available or for which there is no satisfactory replacement.
5. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
